The Little Raven

“Whatever God wants us to do
Is worthy to be done.
He loves the deed that’s pure and true
Though praised by few or none.”

In this story, Little Raven displays the wisdom of these words when he accepts a quest from God. Many people have heard of those famous ravens who fed the prophet Elijah, but nobody (until now) has heard of the little one who took the other assignment that day: bringing bread to a sick mouse. Guided by his faith in God, Little Raven overcomes his fears and self-doubts as he journeys over land and sea until eventually his new-found friend, The Shepherdess, takes him to the mystical Valley of Willows. There, in that hidden place, he truly learns the joy of serving God.
